This privacy statement informs the user about the kind, extent, and purpose of the collection and the use of personal data by the provider responsible for this website (in the following called “offer”). The legal bases for data protection are presented in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

Acces Data/ Server-Logfiles

The provider (or the website provider, respectively) collects data of each access to the offer (so-called serverlogfiles). Access data includes: Name of the visited website, filename, date, and time of visit, transferred data volume, report on succesful visit, type of browser along with version, operating system of user, referrer url (the before-visited website), IP-address, and requesting provider.
The provider uses protocoll data for statistical analyses only in order to maintain operation, security and optimization of the offer.The provider maintains the exclusive right to examine protocoll data subsequently, if due to concrete evidence justified suspicion of illegal use arouses.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is information whereby a person can be identified, thus it is data allowing to trace back to a person. This includes name, email address or phone number. Also, data about personal preferences, hobbies, memberships, or which websites were visited by a person are part of personal data.
Personal date will only be collected, used and forwarded by the provider if legal permission is given or when the user agrees to the data collection.


When contacting the provider (e.g. by contact form or via e-mail) information about the user will be stored in order to edit the enquiry and in the event of  follow-up questions.


By means of the newsletter we inform you about ourselves and our offers. In case you intend to receive the newsletter we need your valid e-mail address as well as information allowing us to verify that you are the owner of the delivered e-mail address or the owner of the e-mail address agrees on receiving the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. This data will only be used for the distribution of the newsletter and will not be forwarded to third parties.
During the registration process we store your IP-address and the registration date. The storage only serves the purpose in case a third party abuses an e-mail address for newsletter registration without knowledge of the beneficiary.
You may withdraw your consent to data storage, e-mail storage and their usage for the delivery of the newsletter at any time.Your revocation may occur by a link incorporated in the newsletter itself, in your profile area or by submitting a message to the above-mention contact possibilities.

Integration of Third Parties‘ Services and Contents

It might be the case, that this online offer includes contents of third parties such as videos of YouTube, graphic material of google maps, RSS-feeds, or graphics of other website.
It is always a precondition that the provider of these contents (subsequently called “third-party provider”) utilize the users’ IP-address as without the IP-address third-party providers would be unable to send the contents to each individual user’s browser. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective third-party provider use the IP-address only for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence in case third-party providers store the IP-address for statistical pruposes. As far as this fact is known to us, we will inform the user of these circumstances.
